Are Probiotics Good For You?
If you're anything like me, you've probably wondered what the benefits of probiotics are. In reality, you may have done what I typically do and asked Google, "Are probiotics good for you?" which led you to this page.
Whether your doctor recommended them to you or you just went down a search engine rabbit hole looking for ways to get healthy, I thought I'd share everything I've learned about probiotics with you, including the potential side effects of probiotic supplements, the best way to get them into your system, and everything else.

First, what the heck are probiotics?
Probiotics are germs composed of good bacteria that can aid digestion and overall health.They're actually rather good at it, as they can improve digestive health, defend against infection and disorders like stomach ulcers, and even lower cholesterol levels.
Many people rely on probiotics to help them digest meals, absorb nutrients, and synthesize vitamins.
Their main job according to the Cleveland Clinic, “is to maintain a healthy balance in your body.”
When your body experiences an influx of harmful bacteria due to a cold or the flu, these healthy bacteria work as miniature superheroes, killing the evil stuff.
How can you consume probiotics?
Probiotics are available in pill and capsule form, however they are often less effective than probiotic-rich foods.Probiotics are most commonly found in yogurt and fermented foods including kombucha, sauerkraut, kefir, and pickles.
Yogurt, particularly organic Greek, is the best source of probiotics, despite the fact that I dislike the taste.
And, since I work from home as a freelance content creator, I have a nasty habit of forgetting to eat the foods that are good for me.
Can you relate? I bet the answer is yes!After all, we are really busy in our daily lives, and it's sometimes easier to take a supplement. The reality is, getting the good stuff into my system is more important to me than how I go about it.

Probiotics can also help women treat or prevent yeast infections and other health issues.P.S. They can help cure and prevent urinary tract infections. This is beneficial to me because I have kidney illness, which renders me susceptible to them.
The benefits of probiotics are vast and well-documented.
For example, WebMD reported some users of probiotics have found they help with eczema and other skin conditions, allergies, asthma, and decreasing inflammation.
All of these reasons combined – um yes, please, I will happily take probiotics supplements.

Probiotics Side Effects
Now, in good conscience, I can't share this information with you without first discussing the adverse effects of probiotics. They may cause:- Some persons may experience mild to severe allergic responses.
- stomach discomfort, especially when you initially begin using them.
- diarrhoea, gas, and/or bloating - this normally goes away after your body reacts to their entering your system.
Some people do not require probiotics since their systems make plenty of them, and taking them may induce undesirable responses.
